This Privacy Policy explains how Aeria ("Aeria," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, purchase digital Products, contact support, join our Discord server, or use related Products or services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Refund & Replacement Policy.


SCOPE


This Policy applies to visitors, customers, account holders, community members, and others who use Aeria-operated Services, including:

• Our website and customer portals.

• Product purchases and digital delivery systems.

• Customer support and email communications.

• Our official Discord server.

• Other Services operated by Aeria.


It does not govern independent third-party websites, applications, platforms, payment providers, or services. Those parties apply their own privacy policies and terms.

Depending on how you interact with Aeria, you may provide:

• Discord username and Discord User ID.

• Support-ticket information.

• Any additional information you voluntarily submit.


You are responsible for keeping submitted information accurate and current.


Purchase Information


When you purchase a Product, Aeria may receive:

• Name and email address.

• Product purchased.

• Order and transaction identifiers.

• Transaction date and time.

• Payment status.

• Last four digits of a payment card, when provided by the processor.

• Cryptocurrency transaction identifiers or wallet addresses, where applicable.

• License information associated with the purchase.


Aeria does not store or access full card numbers, expiration dates, CVVs, bank-account numbers, private cryptocurrency keys, wallet recovery phrases, or comparable sensitive payment credentials.


Automatically Collected Information


For security, operations, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting, Aeria or its service providers may automatically collect:

Aeria may share limited information with providers that assist with website hosting, infrastructure, Product delivery, authentication, support, security, analytics, communications, or fraud prevention. Providers receive only information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure, so Aeria cannot guarantee absolute security.


Customers are responsible for protecting their email, Discord, device, Account, and authentication credentials. Suspected compromise should be reported through official support channels promptly.


PAYMENT PROCESSORS


Payment methods may include Square-supported cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, gift cards, Paysafecard or similar vouchers, and customer balance or store credit.


The applicable provider independently controls its privacy, security, and retention practices. Aeria may receive limited transaction details needed for fulfillment, recordkeeping, support, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Customers should review the privacy policy of their chosen provider.


MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS


Aeria may send marketing communications only to individuals who have chosen to receive them. Marketing consent is not required to purchase or use Products. You may opt out through an unsubscribe mechanism, available preference settings, or by contacting Aeria.


Even after opting out, Aeria may send non-promotional communications such as purchase confirmations, License information, billing messages, security notices, support replies, Product maintenance notices, policy updates, and other administrative messages.


PRIVACY RIGHTS


Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

DATA REQUESTS AND ACCOUNT DELETION


You may request access, correction, or deletion through official support channels. Before fulfilling a request, Aeria may verify identity using an email address, order details, transaction information, Account information, or other reasonable evidence.


Where permitted or required by law, Aeria may retain information after a deletion request to:

• Complete pending transactions.

• Maintain financial, accounting, tax, or transaction records.

• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or chargeback fraud.

• Enforce agreements.

• Resolve disputes and investigate security incidents.

• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

• Protect Aeria, customers, or others.

• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.


A deletion request does not guarantee immediate or complete removal where retention is lawful or technically necessary in backups, logs, or fraud-prevention systems.


CHILDREN'S PRIVACY


Aeria does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or a higher minimum age required by applicable law. If Aeria learns that information was collected from a child in violation of law, it will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian should contact Aeria if they believe a child submitted information.


INTERNATIONAL USERS


Aeria operates primarily from the United States. Information from users outside the United States may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where service providers operate. Laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, Aeria will use appropriate legal safeguards.
